We used True Roof to replace and renew our very old slate roof and add insulation. From the first phone call to having someone out to quote a price and the work being done, they have been nothing but professional and provided an excellent service. We had our roof done in December and during which noticed no loss in heat or any issues with rain whilst it was done (especially since it was done period of very bad weather) which speaks to the competency of work. Really happy with my new roof, had a slight issue initially with trims above the window but Lynn took on board my comments and quickly got this all sorted. As promised no payment was taken until I was happy with the job. Have already recommended them to my neighbour who has now also booked to get his roof done.

Originally when the surveyor came out he was super friendly, and checked inside and outside to give me a proper price. However that’s where the professionalism stopped, he originally said my roof was 90m2, however all the other companies said it was around 70/75m2 (10 different companies) then once he told me the price, he said he’d phone his boss for a “winter discount”, then as if by magic took £3k off the price.
