I went to True Rest this afternoon…To say it's therapeutic just doesn't seem to do it justice. I feel asleep while floating but it actually felt like toxins were being pulled out of my body…Stress had disappeared…Where I'm usually always thinking about work, I was literally seeing colors bouncing off mountains…I traveled to another place and I feel like a cleaner person…If you want to try it out, they gave me cards (That cuts the price)…I'm happy to share them with you…It's affordable and worth every minute floating…I'm head... read more

This place is fabulous! If you are in need of a relaxing, totally zen experience that takes all of your anxiety and pain away - this is it! I just went yesterday for my first float and was so pleased. I have known about the tanks since the 80's but never knew where to go to have one done. It had been on my bucket list for years. True Rest combines a spa environment in the float rooms. Music is piped in, there are showers in the rooms, ear plugs, and anything you could possibly think of having for the experience was furnished without asking.
