Did my first float today, and I couldn't have loved it more!! I've never felt so relaxed!! The atmosphere there is so calming and peaceful. It was crazy to feel so weightless and supported as well! Oxygen bar is wonderful too! If you go try the lavender for sure! Perfect scent for after a float! Every staff member was super nice and informative! I will definitely be getting a membership. :)

I am a disabled veteran who suffers from pain in my lower back as well as pain in my joints. I gave floating a shot after minimal relief from normal therapy and did it make a difference. Just after one treatment I could noticeably feel a difference. I cannot wait until my next treatment to get even more relief. Thanks to the staff for being super friendly and answering all my questions that I had.
I have found a great way to get away from it all, unwind, and relax!! I highly recommend True Rest for that get away! Extremely clean, great atmosphere, and some of the friendliest staff I have EVER met! Also reasonably priced! This was my second float. My husband bought me gift cards for Mothers Day, I promptly bought a membership after my first float! Not a traditional way to relax, but will transform your body, mind, & soul if you give it a chance! Thank you True Rest! I'll see you again soon!
What an amazing experience. After an hour of deep relaxation, I left feeling relaxed and peaceful. I signed up for the membership and look forward to my next experience.
My first float was amazing. I am so happy it was with True Rest. The two women who helped my daughter and I were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. The facility was exceptionally clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be referring others and will be back when in the area. I wish ya'll were closer to Raleigh!
