RecommendedI recommend True Rest for so many reasons. The calm relaxing atmosphere starting with the staff, very personable and helpful. The cleanliness of this location was very refreshing. I enjoyed the experience and I definitely felt more relaxed during and after my float. I am struggling with back pain and floating definitely helped.
RecommendedThis was my second float ever and at this location. The staff is super friendly and Scott (owner) is always looking out for his clients by providing the best deals. Check out their Instagram page as well! Such a relaxing and well-needed experience every time with tons of physical and mental benefits.

RecommendedTrue Rest was my first float experience. It was incredible! Pristine facility, engaging and passionate staff, and a thorough introduction. If you haven’t been floating before - do it! Highly recommend the facility and experience. Cannot wait for the new Cedar Park location to open!
