I had a great experience at the spa. This was my second float and I was so relaxed I fell asleep within minutes. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I look forward to going back!

A TrueRest flotation is an incredibly relaxing experience. My muscles and joints feel like I’ve never had pain when I get out of the pod! I sleep so well that night every time I do too. I can’t say enough regarding staff hospitality and how Justin makes everyone feel comfortable. The showers and Pods are impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone with chronic pain, anxiety, stress and/or insomnia.
