RecommendedThis was our first time at a float spa. We were walked through the process and what to expect. My husband said he was relaxed right away. It took a few minutes for me to adjust and relax but after that the experience was amazing and relaxing. My next visit I will also try the oxygen bar! RecommendedThis was our first float and we did it for my birthday. It was clean upon entry and throughout the establishment. We were shown a video of what to expect and given a tour of the facility. The float itself was easy to operate and very relaxing. We were given detailed directions on how to operate everything. We gave some suggestions at the end that she seemed very receptive to. Beware, this place is a rip off. We prepaid for services and they told us it expired after several months since we didn't use it right away. They told us we could use it anytime. Terrible and unethical business practices. We decided to gift the floats since they dont keep clean and it was gross in there but some of our friends dont care as much. We called to book it and they refused. They are still open, took our money and refused services.
