Floating at true rest is such an amazing experience. Every time I come in I'm greeted by friendly staff, professional in both demeanor and appearance. Floating has been a great way for me to control not only pain management but also seeking a deeper meditation and spiritual experience. I love floating at true rest and cannot wait for my next appointment!
Today was my first float and it was more than I expected. The staff is very helpful and the facilities very clean and relaxing. Enjoyed the float so much I fell asleep, muscles feel totally relaxed, nice shower to clean up in afterwards. Definitely doing this again.
We had a great float. I took my high school aged son and he loved getting in the water and letting school and work stress float away. I loved it as it was 60 min all to myself and I was able to clear my mind and just relax. The oxygen bar was an added bonus and the staff was super nice and very helpful. I strongly recommend!!
I would totally recommend going to True Rest Float Spa because it is so relaxing. Every time I go my experience gets better and better!
This was an incredible experience! I was truly amazed with how easy it was to relax. The sensation of the effortless floating was like nothing I have ever experienced. I will definitely be back and plan to refer friends and family! The night following my float I slept the best I ever have and it left my skin feeling super soft! I think next time I will choose to play the music the entire float, that is the only change I plan on making!
We had an excellent experience floating for the first time at True Rest. The facility was clean. The staff was informative, friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. We learned a lot about what to do and expect before entering the pod which I believe made the experience much easier. Their customer service was dynamite from the answering of questions to the follow up appointment calls as well as the little goodie bag we received. Very relaxing and overall very pleased with my first experience!! I feel if I continue to go, I could truly benefit from floating by relieving stress! I think it is awesome way to allow your body to relax! It's important to take care of your body and mind and the float pods give you both benefits!
I had an amazing experience at True REST Wilmington! The staff were polite and courteous as well as very helpful explaining the process. It was a very relaxing experience and I plan on returning!
So relaxing! I really loved how the whole place set off a relaxing vibe. They gave us a quick tour before going in and after we had the option of using the oxygen bar � will definitely be back!!
