I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing my float was this week. I have been dealing with some neck and arm pain for quite some time in addition to being stressed to the max from school. I have a very difficult time just relaxing and letting my mind be still. Floating was EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED! All of my pain and stress just floated away. I also slept like a baby last night for the first time in months. GO! GO NOW! You will not be disappointed.

I was a little freaked out thinking about being in this dark, enclosed pod for an hour all by myself! Instead I came out in such a physically and mentally state of Ahhhhhh. As a visual person, I experienced life underwater! I felt like a mermaid uniting with the colorful sea creatures. It was so relaxing. I can't wait for my next float. Do yourself a favor and book your experience now.
True Rest is an immaculate professional facility that caters to every aspect of recovery and relaxation. Clean individual rooms with complete privacy. I greatly enjoyed my time "floating" in the pods and will definitely be back!
So I went to True REST Wilmington on Sunday & it was absolutely amazing ! Really encouraging people to float !! It is not only so so relaxing at the time , but will continue to fill different , & more energized during the day ! Had absolutely the best experience!! (:
