The spa itself is wonderful. The customer service is atrocious. My husband and I have been trying to cancel our membership since December. We first tried to call the store and were then given an email address and told to “email the manager”. We did. Repeatedly. We were initially asked if we wanted to suspend our membership instead, which would have been fine, but they stopped responding and kept charging.
