I liked it very much when I first joined. Very friendly staff. Krystina and Chas were so welcoming and the place was always spotless when they were working. Seemed like a high turnover. Usually isn’t a good sign. Chas left snd I wasn’t able to float when Krystina was working. The last several times I was there it was very unclean. The music in the pods came on blaring after my float and the workers were not as attentive. RecommendedTHIS IS MY FAVORITE FLOAT SPA IN THE AUSTIN AREA. The staff there is so sweet and accommodating. I've never felt better than after I float. I'm a clean freak in places like this which is why true rest is by far my favorite.
Mold! Rust! Dirty hair! Unsanitary conditions. Clearly they only care about your money and NOT your health. No amount of Epsom salt can undo an hour of breathing in mold from their pods. Pictures from throughout this disgusting spa include new mold forming, rust, and general filfth even in the air vents and bathrooms. There's so much hair on the floor in the mirror room.
