It was an excellent experience for a control freak like myself! I was able to trust the water immediately and allow my thoughts, concerns, and stress to fade away into the water. It'll be a MUST-DO for my own personal self-care.
It was a very unique experience, like being an infant with consciousness...back into the womb. Felt like "space" Afterwards very uplifted, excited. This is a wonderful way to detox and treat depression.

I loved every moment of my float! At first I didn't think I was going to be able to really relax and let go. Then the next think I knew I was woken up by the jets letting me know it was time to get up. I slept right through the final music! It was some of the best relaxation I've had in a while! The oxygen bar was nice and all of the staff are helpful and pleasant! I would recommend this to anyone!
I really enjoyed my time at True REST. The atmosphere is calming and the staff help you feel completely comfortable. I thought that the float room and pod got a little cool but I was never uncomfortable. The oxygen bar was refreshing and helped me get ready for the rest of my day. I will absolutely be back!
I enjoyed every moment! I recommend laying head(facing up of course) down at the closed or opened hatch if you’re having issues breathing. I stretched out and fell asleep and woke myself up snoring. However I was focused on my breathing and believe that’s why I thought I was snoring. I imagined or dreamed about a rainbow arching over a pyramid. Beautiful facility - everything was very clean, modern and geared toward a relaxing experience. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will be back!
