RecommendedI was thrown from a motorcycle 10 years ago and my muscles have always felt like they were shrink wrapped really tight (which they actually were). My very first float started unraveling my tight muscles and I've had quite good relief since joining True Rest. And Jamison, the owner, is quite awesome and understanding with a couple of concerns that I had. If you're in pain, I definitely recommend this place

RecommendedThe facility is immaculate. My friend's commercial cleaning company staff went to True Rest Float Spa (TRFS), to give a bid on cleaning services. THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY DIRT! In other flotation tank businesses I have visited, the sanitation is questionable. You are sure whether or not you are floating in someone else's hair, or epithelial (skin cells). However, at TRFS, the entire facility is pristine. Not even 100th of one hair could pass through their filter. EXCELLENT! Dr. Pamellina Cornish. NP, DOM

RecommendedFrom start to finish my first float therapy session was amazing. Full instructions of what to expect was given, all questions were answered which aided in the ability to relax and take in the moment.
I loved going in there it’s beautiful and clean but since COVID hit I’ve asked them to freeze my account and the first time they did no issue, but this past time when I asked them if I could freeze it another time because I still am recovering from the financial burden they told me YES. But proceeded to charge my card and when I emailed and called multiple times ( now it just hangs up on me if I hit 3 for management) no one has gotten back to me. Be sure to read their ridiculous and unethical cancellation terms. You will still "owe" one final payment regardless . This is never the case in any other memberships. once you cancel, you're done. This is an unethical way to get more money out of you. The membership isnt worth it.
