This visit was my first time in any type of float pod and I could not have been happier with the experience I had at TrueRest. From start to finish, the staff was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. The facility was extremely clean and well kept, total privacy was provided and the overall experience was stellar. I can't wait to schedule another float!
I came in after a pretty terrible day, with a sore knee from overdoing it at the gym the day before... Boy was it exactly what I needed!!! I left in a great state of mind, super relaxed and ready to get a great nights sleep! The next morning, I woke up refreshed and energized, with no more knee pain and ready to tell all of my friends at the gym!!!
I was a little apprehensive about being in the pod for an hour, but the instructions and the float itself made it enjoyable! So much so, that I joined the membership and can not wait till my next float!
I've been here many times and I love it. The environment is awesome. Everyone is very friendly, helpful. I feel very relaxed, great for any pain, muscle tension or just stressed from a long day. I would recommend it to all my family and friends.
I experienced my first flat today with my mother and We both feel GREAT!!! So relaxing. I walked in with the weight of the world on my shoulders, but left feeling weightless. The staff is amazing and friendly, the environment is peaceful and relaxing. After my float I used the eucalyptus oxygen (omg!!!!). We left purchasing the "plus" membership (I believe that's what it's called, 2 floats a month). We also got to spin the wheel and won another free float �... If I could rate 6 stars I would.
It was an Awesome Experience. Looking for to Floating more often. Ultra Relaxed. #MakeYourLifeEntertaining
