I booked a float reluctantly with a friend just to "try it out" ended up the friend was unable to go so I went alone. I was 100% skeptical and had heard 50/50 reviews prior. I was uncertain I would be able to close the pod as I am a little on the claustrophobic edge. The atmosphere was so clean and calming from the time you step foot in the door, and the staff was so kind and helpful. First time here and it was amazing! You loose yourself in there and it just let my brain "reset." I feel more refreshed and energized than I have in a long time!
I floated for the third time and I felt so energized for the rest of the day! I'm so glad I became a member.
I had a wonderful experience.! Staff were friendly , the small tour they give of the lounge & spa area is good customer service. It took me about 10 minutes to get comfortable & when I did I fell alseep for like a half hour. An employee had to knock on my door a couple times when my session had ended before I even heard any thing . If you want to relieve stress of day to day life or just have a peaceful relaxation then I would recommend this. Little side note. Had my very first Float yesterday and already scheduled my second! I ran the Cap City Half Marathon that morning (only made it 8.5 miles then the course got black flagged due to severe weather 🤦🏽♀️) and knew I'd be a little sore afterwards. I also have been having pretty bad shoulder pain. I could definitely feel areas of stress in my body tightening and releasing as I lay there and definitely noticed a difference when I got out of the pod. I loved going to True REST Easton so much! It was my first time ever in float spa and I had been wanting to do it forever and True REST made it the best experience possible! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The spa itself was extremely clean and inviting, I really felt I could make myself at home. I can't wait to go back for my next session
