I had my first Float experience today and I absolutely loved it! It was a wonderful opportunity to relax and ease the tension both in my mind and my muscles. I had to take one star away because the audio system in my room was not working. I did my entire Float experience in silence, which may have actually made it more effective. However, I ended up spending chunks of my Float wondering about the supposed relaxing music I was supposed to hear. I came to the float spa because I had received a gift card for Christmas from my mom and decided to treat myself on my bday...the float spa is truly amazing! It was so relaxing and a great way to destress!! The staff is awesome and attentive and the facility is super clean and has everything you need. I had such a great experience that I decided to become a member and do something I never do which is treat myself to some relaxation once a month
I love floating! It is a feeling of extreme relaxation, and afterwards I feel refreshed! I sleep extremely well for the next couple of nights after. I would highly recommend floating!
I was amazed at how I felt after my very first float. Was a bit irritated when watching the pre-float video because other customers had their phones out and were texting and receiving texts and getting notification "beeps" constantly. Maybe there should be a "no phone or please mute your phone" policy so, that the zen state we are trying to achieve while waiting for our session, doesn't get interrupted. Staff seemed a little out of synch with who was supposed to do what; but it was a very good experience, otherwise.
I had a great 1st time experience yesterday during my float session. The staff was friendly & explained what to expect & was able to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend True Rest Float Spa & return as a customer
I loved it! My flot was so relaxing and effortless. I bought a membership. I have been sharing my experience with all my family and friends. I am a bit concerned about the salt drying out my hair and skin after repeated visits. I believe I will use a swim cap with my next float and make sure I bring a good heavy oil based moisturizer to apply immediately after. Everyone should experience True REST!
I experienced my first float today and was blown away. The staff was very friendly and professional which made the experience even better. I left after an hour feeling completely completely relaxed and back pain free! I bought the membership and will be back as often as possible. Highly recommended to anybody and everybody.
