I expected someone to call my back once I left a message that I was lost although I found the place and to see a person at reception area next to a telephone. Unfortunately the water was a little cloudy and not warm. Finally the speakers in my pod was not working properly. Finally the atmosphere was nice along with the staff.
Went for the first time today. Instantly signed up for a membership. Can't recommend highly enough. Great for both physical recovery (shoulder pain in this case) and mental rebalancing. Will continue to do at least once a month, as well as being friends and family to try it out.
I think this is a great experience. They start by explaining the process very well, the pods are great, and the experience of having the whole room private to shower before and after is awesome. Hadn't floated in 20+ years. Had trouble getting relaxed, but it was worth the whole experience. I want to go back.
My 3rd float. I can tell now that it is helping with my fibromyalgia pain. Great facility and the staff is awesome. I like that it's kept clean. I really would to see a place open on the far West side. While Easton is great, it's a drive for me. Worth it. If I had the money I would like to have my own float pod. I know it's sanitary I still wear bathing suit bottoms. And like that you've added another benefit with the freeze chamber people to go there at a discounted member price. I will try that too. True REST float is THE most relaxing experience I have had. When I am done I truly feel better mind and body for days following.
The facility and tubs were very clean. The atmosphere was relaxed with a friendly staff. Great way to relax the mind and body, especially if your into meditation. I found it very easy to achieve the deepest state of meditation during my float. The most note worthy moment for this business was the customer service. We had a miscommunication during our reservation over the phone that led to a higher bill after our float. On our way home, True REST called me and made everything right with our bill. This is a great place - very clean, the tanks are first-rate and the staff are very helpful. This was my first time "floating" in a sensory deprivation tank and I really enjoyed it. It took about 30 minutes for me to relax enough to enjoy the whole experience but after the full hour I felt great. I felt totally relaxed for the rest of the day and will definitely return.
