It was a great experience from start to finish. TrueRest is clean and the staff were welcoming. The float was better than I could have imagined. I felt so relaxed that I dozed off. And the end of the float, I was rejuvenated.
I have done two floats so far and will do atleast one more. The experience is awesome and the staff is amazing and very friendly. It is one of the most relaxing hours you will ever experience in your life. Personally, I do get a tad bored after a while, but my mind doesn't settle down no matter what. However, everyone else I have talked to has said the time flew by and felt amazing after as I did.

I was skeptical arriving for my first float but something told me I needed to get in the pod with an open mind. As soon as I got in, I suddenly felt the weight of the world disappear. I was able to spend an hour relaxing, meditating and clearing my mind. I left the spa more relaxed than I've ever been. I have struggled with debilitating anxiety my entire life and one hour in the pod worked better for me than any medication ever has. Thank you!
I have Chronic Fatigue syndrome, floating has greatly improved my sleep, no longer having to take any night time pm pills to sleep and stay asleep. Also my mental fogginess is gone after floating. It is true that it takes a few floats before seeing all the benefits, great way to relax and release stress. Love it!
After three back surgeries I was skeptical that doing a float would help ease my pain, boy was I wrong. This was my first float and I feel amazing right now. I honestly cannot wait to book my next float. Thank you True Test Float Spa for the experience.
