My husband and I really enjoyed our first float..It was extremely relaxing and helped me take my meditation to a deeper level. We totally recommend everyone to float..
I have a very physical job. I work on my feet and my arms are constantly raised and I have many personalities to negotiate on any given day. (I'm a hairdresser) In the last year I have had some wear and tear in my shoulder and my neck. I was sceptical, I admit. I was concerned but the first 10 minutes was easy then I actually fell asleep!!! I so recommend this place. The staff was so, so incredible I don’t even know where to begin. I have already recommended this to my manager I cannot wait for my next float!!!!
Who knew that doing so little (floating in water) could do so much (mentally and physically)?!
Just recently arrived today for our 12:15 appointment where we had 3 appts scheduled for various family members arriving from out of town for which we had prepaid gift certificates. The reservation notes I had in hand disagreed with the clerk who informed us we were scheduled to arrive at 11:45 for the first-time customer orientation. Our only option was to receive half the time for which we paid which is unacceptable. The clerk was rude and unapologetic. I just left a voicemail with the management team.
Floating at True REST was an amazing experience. The facility, equipment, and staff all made the hour and a half drive well worth it!
