Relaxed with an hour float, completely made my pod black as night turned off all lights and slept so sound! Today I feel so relaxed and my sciatic pain is gone.
The float itself was wonderful, but as I am a short, heavy person, it was hard to get in the pod as the sides are very high. It was afraid to close the pod because in order to open it you have have to be able to push on the handle while standing up. I floated in water for about 45 minutes and then got so worried if I could get out, the panic got me out early. It told me two tries to stand up and was very awkward to actually get out.
