Everything was great.This was my first time there.The staff was great! I really felt relaxed when I was finished.
I floated for the first time today and I have really bad anxiety, so honestly I started having a small anxiety attack when I first got in the pod but it’s so calming and relaxing I changed the light to dark red and focused on my breathing and I was able to hear my heart beat with how quiet it was. I became so relaxed I fell asleep. My work is so stressful and my anxiety has been bad lately but floating helped calm me and prepare me for my night shift at work. Definitely going to go again! I had a very stressful week with worrying about my parents health, mean and complaining customers, and my friend's toxic relationship. Floating for an hour counting my breaths in a clean and friendly environment and the oxygen bar is what I needed to take the stress away. I am going to try my best to get there every month!!!
I have been a member for over 7 months now. It is part of my monthly (me) time. I would recommend it to anyone that suffers from lack of sleep or any type of pain. Life is always better after you float!
Love my floats! Not sure how I’ve went this long without them! Facility is always clean and staff is always welcoming and helpful. Counting down the days until my next one!
