RecommendedIt is so clean, relaxing, and everyone I’ve encountered is so kind and helpful. I’ve already been twice, signed up for a membership, and can’t wait to go again! I’m 5’7” not in any kind of shape whatsoever, and can get in and out with ease. I turn the lights off in the pod and I’m getting better at turning my mind off. Time flies and then the music starts and sadly it’s over! Can’t wait to go again!

RecommendedI just had my first float and it was such an amazing experience! After a few minutes of being in the salt water pod you begin to feel like you are weightless, floating in space. The time flew by... and now my muscles aren't sore and I'm completely energized!
RecommendedToday I visited True Rest for the second time. I had another amazing experience, in fact I would say it was even better than my first visit. I love having a full hour of REST. I truly go mindless and today I even fell asleep. The bathroom is well stocked with what you need for get ready for the day, the tea and water are refreshing and relaxing and the oxygen bar is a nice way to end the experience. I highly recommend the experience.

Not only was it extremely relaxing and revitalizing, it was also very euphoric (dare I say an aphrodisiac), giving a sense of floating in another dimension. I was worried about an hour being too long. Once you’re in a deep relaxing state of mind the hour goes by quickly. I finished off by enjoying the oxygen bar and signed up for a membership! First time, hooked already! I feel amazing! The staff was amazing too! A very clean and comfortable facility!
