Very friendly staff. Environment is tranquil - very relaxing. The float portion is wonderful. I've enjoyed two floats so far and I look forward to my next visit. I sleep great after my floats and I find myself less stressed for days after. Having some meditation skills definitely enhances the floating experience. I suggest everyone practice some meditation before floating for the first time, it brings the experience to a whole new level! -- Namaste

I loved it. I realized that I don't relax very well, so I kind of fought myself the whole time to just relax! Maybe I need to keep going. I do recommend everyone do this. Bring your iPod with Pink Floyd!
Very easy experience. Very worthwhile. A must try for the r and r portion of your health strategy.
I was nervous about the unknown. The staff are incredible and I am hopeful that doing the floats regularly will help with anxiety and depression.
