Great way to relax! The pods are warm location is easy to access & they have an oxygen bar! I’m glad that I gifted myself with a float���
It was a wonderful cathartic experience. From making the appointment to the final goodbye was a breeze. The staff are all very professional and kind. I highly recommend for my Vets!

This was my first visit to a float spa. I immediately felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Everything was explained very well and the employee was so nice! I kept thinking to myself that I needed to relax. I guess I must have relaxed because the next thing I remember was waking up to the filter starting. I didn't even hear the music restart. This was a very cool experience!
for my first time there it was amazing. such a calming and accommodating atmosphere. im just upset i didn't find them sooner!
True Rest provides such a serene and clean environment that is perfect to get your float on. The facility is relaxing and staff are so pleasant...feels like home when we arrive. The whole experience is like no other and is a crucial part of reducing stress and anxiety. I'm so glad to have found something to help manage these common issues. I recommend this to anyone! It's amazing, and so is the staff!
It was amazing! I couldn't believe my time in the pod went so fast!! I felt calm, serene and in control afterwards (which is amazing in itself!) I highly recommend it!
Very hospitable, attentive, cordial, nice, informative... Facility was extremely clean and RELAXING :) they provide you with anything you might need for your float and the clean up!
