I did my first float last night and it was such a relaxing, as well as enlightening experience. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the staff was great--knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. There's a calming vibe about the whole place, and it's immaculate. I enjoyed the relaxing music and soft lights as I was floating in the pod, but you can choose silence and darkness if preferred. Every experience I have had at True Rest Austin not only meets my expectations but exceeds them. Gigi, the owner is such a kind and wonderful person that making the decision to become a member was an easy one. The facility is so relaxing, clean, and aesthetically pleasing it instantly boosts my mood and spirit when walking in. I cannot rave enough of how much I enjoy True Rest Austin.
It was extermley clean and a calm atmosphere. Staff and owners are on point. Nothing bad to say about it. Go a hour before your appointment so you can go to their medation room and take a nap.
As an avid yogi and lover of all things relaxation, I can say that True REST is the absolute bomb and there is NOTHING else like it! The owners are both yogis with hearts of gold who make you feel right at home, the space is beautiful and inviting and floating is unlike anything I've ever experienced. If you haven't tried it, you're seriously missing out. I slept better than I ever had after my first float... and have already been back for three more. Can't wait for my next one! <3
I felt like i had an 8 hr sleep session. I'd give up a workout to Relieve & Recover all my mobile joints for a float! Happy Holiday fun! Ten ���up!
I've wanted to try floating for what seems like ages, so glad I finally went, and so glad I went here. Ashley was awesome explaining everything & showing me around. The other reviews here do a much better job describing the facility than I could ever do, suffice to say the place is great. Their memberships are really well done too; just about every 'typical' concern you'd have about signing up is covered - price, commitment, etc.
Awesome peaceful experience can't wait to go back.
