My husband surprised me with a trip to True Rest. I have never heard of float therapy so I had no expectations. Upon arrival the staff was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process. I was initially afraid I would feel claustrophobic. I came out wishing our session was longer!!! I was completely relaxed and at peace! I enjoyed it so much that we signed up for a membership. We live an hour away but the drive is definitely worth it :)

Great spa but need one in south austin
Floating is very relaxing. But 4 hours after my session I feel more relaxed than after any massage I've ever had.
First float was great. Came out with a clear mind and cleansed body. Will be coming back.
A new way to feel refreshed. Worth the price and one of a kind experience.
