True rest spa is a total body meditation. I recommend true rest to relieve stress and really dig deep in the inner self. The customer service at true rest was phenomenal! I will continue going to true rest spa!
I absolutely love floating! I’ve been 53 times and I never get tired of it! Mental clarity and peace of mind like none other! It is so nice to take a break from the world and to be at Total and complete peace! Love it and you should definitely book your float today!

This is truly #truerest and total bliss for me. I feel calmer and happier with each session. A float at True REST Austin is something I would highly recommend. The concept of floating in a dark silent pod may sound kind of odd, but once you try it there really is no other kind of relaxation and peace like it. The staff are awesome.
