I saw Catherine for over a year whilst I was trying to get pregnant and then throughout my pregnancy. I can honestly say it was my favourite time of the week - I always left feeling like I was floating on air. Catherine is so lovely and knowledgeable. I felt really supported throughout my journey and I definitely think it made a massive difference to how quickly I fell pregnant. I recently moved away from Bishops Stortford and I miss our sessions!

Catherine is extremely professional and her only goal is to make sure you have a good experience. Extremely knowledgeable and very informative!! She will answer any questions you have, and really knows her stuff!!
