Very professional. Did the work I requested quickly and cleanly
True North Contracting put a new roof on our house. The job was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Most recently we had True North update our bathroom and we are pleased with the results. We will be using True North again and recommend them .
Costas and his team were very professional with above and beyond performance. Finally I am very pleased to find someone whose work is trusted and done the right way. Not only he delivers what he promises in his estimate for the job, but he also provides extra service and assistance for anything that requires further attention, and not charge for it. It is very hard to come across with someone who would be as honest as Costas and professional. Once again thanks for all your help for our project.
Pros: 1)Very easy to work with the guys. 2)Returned phone calls in a timely manner. 3)They were able to adapt and work with contractors performing other tasks on the property. 4)Jill (the painter) did an excellent job. Cons: 1)Estimate had a line item for delivery of dumpster which was not delivered but we were still charged for it. 2)Estimate called for pre finished white oak but red oak was used. Disposal was still done, still had to pay for that regrdless of getting a dumpster.customer is incorrect, he has red oak everywhere, white oak is inferior to red oak, so he got more value than with white, besides, it would of took a lot longer to get it pre-finished as requested by customer-who was in a hurry to get it done. Everybody who was there and saw the job, said it was very good.

We had our home resided (Hardie plank), new roof, new windows(Harvey), new doors(jeld-wen) and a new screened porch. Costas and his crew do great work and are very easy to work with to make sure you get what you want.
I had a n outstanding experience, Costas from True North was extremely reponsive during the quote process and we altohugh we only originally wanted him to quote doing the drywall portion of the work, we ultimately gave hime the entire room including the ceiling and floors. Costas was very responsive and timely and finished the work on time and right on the quoted estimate he provided. I am now having him do another bedroom.
I have found them to be very professional,helpful and curtious.
