Costas, the owner of True North Contracting, put his best flooring craftsman on the job, Tom, nicknamed 'Rabbit.' He was also very conscientious about saw dust containment and clean up. Additionally, even though the job has been paid for in full, Rabbit returned after the weekend to tape & stain the thresholds. That was something I was willing to take care of but Costas & Rabbit insisted that the job was not complete to their satisfaction until this detail was addressed. Impressed. Signed, Michael D.
My wife and I received 5 bids for our deck refinishing project. We asked for a detailed statement of work, and Costas provided us with a thorough and comprehensive list, and he won our business. He is professional, prompt, readily reachable, practical, and knowledgeable. We value his advice. He has a good team, and the work was completed on schedule, and the attention and care to detail is exemplary. We are 100% satisfied with the result, and will work with True North again.
Never again. Repeated return visits to finish the job properly and I still had to make some repairs myself after giving up on them.

I had issues with workers not doing what was expected of them, subsequently they have been removed. It's very difficult to find workers who share my work ethic ,diligence professionalism, and pride in quality service.
Great company with whom to do business. I had ordered two items that took 3 weeks to get here - not a problem. The workers returned when the items came in. Owner and chief worker are very nice; easy going; perfectionist.

Costa came out to give estimate immediately. Crew showed up every day in below freezing temps, nice job...very happy!!
Needed roof and ceiling repairs. This company came highly recommended and rightfully so. The work was done in two days and I am very happy with it !
Costa and his crew are true professionals. The price he quoted me for the replacement of my roof was spot on. Costas showed up on time ,completed the work, cleaned up the area and personally guaranteed his work. I will definitely call him again if I need additional work and would recommend him to others.
