Multiple confusions on what time he was to arrive. Not satisfied with the work. Original price quoted changed at the end of the project.
Business response:
We did what the customer asked us to do,however, you cannot make natural wood any lighter than it is.We whent back several times to try to satisfy the client. when you apply poly. to oak it takes on the natural color of the wood grain. we cannot make the customer understand this any better. She should have asked for it to be stained instead.Some people are just very difficult to please.

Costas was a rare, fair true professional. Once we agreed upon our terms, he performed to his promised "perfection", finishing the jobs before the agreed-upon times. He worked unsupervised and I felt my house and home was in the hands of a family member. Therefore, Costas receives highest rating possible.
Medel and his crew did a great job on our bathroom. Medel was easy to talk to on our consultation and worked with me to come up with a design that would work in our bathroom. Highly recommended.
They are very willing and able to do this very big job. There have been a few correctable problems and they are always willing to take a suggestion and make things just like we want them Thanks for recommending them.
Costas was very professional, courteous and showed up for the estimate very quickly. He did the garage roof when he said he would do it, cleaned up and guaranteed that the roof would not leak for the length of the shingle warranty which is 30 years. If it does leak, he will fix at no charge. I would highly recommend this company .
Did a great job! Will call Costas again for other work
The project was done on budget and on schedule.
