The job involved replacing slate, rebuilding rotted sofit/fascia and installing rubber roof 3 stories up, so technically very challenging project. We also had a deadline because of approaching winter and expected new born arrival. This was initially started by another contractor that was not able to complete the job because of lack of experience, etc. Costas' crew picked up job and was able to complete on time before newborn arrival with high quality work. Costas was easy to work with, he should up on time and did what he said it would do in a timely manner.
Costas was very responsive and professional. He and his team did high quality work and in a timely fashion. They fixed low quality work done by another company, and it feels great to know the work was done right this time. I would never hesitate to hire them again.
Costas is a very easy man to work with. We have a deck that will no doubt last longer than our home. Looks like what you would see on those Home and Garden magazines!
Costas was fantastic! He answered my phone calls promptly, and showed up at our work site when he said he would. He did the job correctly, we have more work to be done and we anticiapate using him in the future!
TRUE NORTH DID A GREAT JOB ON THE NEW ROOF, IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT RESERVATION. GREAT JOB, THANKS.
Costas was wonderful to work with. Couple of issues to discuss with Costas after review. a switch and an outlet got broken when drywall was hung. Some other outlets were not filled enough for switchplate to cover.
Business response:
Customer never contacted us to go back and take care of any problems as we stated on hiring. We would gladly have done that.
Project started out well, but seemed very rushed at end. Finishing touches did not live up to my expectations for a professional job.
Business response:
Had some difficulties with broken down vehicle at end of job, asked customer if he had any problems that we could rectify..did not get any feed back.went back to spot paint. Ultimately, fired person resposible...zero tolerence for less than high quality results.
