Plain and simple, they are the Best!
I called to see if they took adults as an emergency and because I just moved here. They did and the service was amazing. Even got a call on a Sunday from the dentist checking in on me. Excellent customer service and excellent quick care. They are now my new dentists office.
Can’t say enough good things about our experience @truedental. State of the art facility and superb customer service...no need to say more...but I will.... Dr Dan is thorough and a master of his profession.
I had an issue with one of the dentists who used to work here, but I spoke to the head of the business here and we worked it out. I applaud him for helping my family work through some of what was going on and our issues. One thing you should know: Hudson County water is not fluoridated! You're going to have to work extra hard to get your children's teeth pearly white!
The staff was very professional and friendly, they were great with my little one who is NOT a fan of the dentist also very informative about my sons procedure and the wait time was minimum. Overall great experience.
My family and I recently moved to New Jersey and finding new doctors and dentists is always so frustrating. The staff here is very pleasant, and informed making the process painless. I knew exactly what I needed, and wanted to avoid multiple appointments with minimal time missed from work. Dr. Dan listened to my concerns and did not hesitatate to get right down to business replacing 2 metal crowns and preping for a 3rd crown in my first visit. I was so nervous to bring my young daughter to the dentist. They far exceeded my expectations, very professional, friendly and accommodating. I am so happy to have found them!
Wow. Can't say enough about this amazing office - staff is helpful, friendly, welcoming. The doctors are patient, kind, and gentle. And they see the whole family - kids, teens and adults. We're very happy to have finally found a place where we can ALL go to the dentist that is so incredible.
