Location is great. Staff is great. Doctors are great. I actually don’t hate “going to the dentist “ anymore! ...And I’ve had a ton of work done at multiple other practices, for whatever that’s worth. 😁
I can't thank True Dental Care enough for their speedy, friendly, and compassionate service - that alone was enough to get me feeling better 😁 I had horrible TMJ pain, migraines, and exhaustion, called them at 9:45 and they got me in at 10:30. Everyone was smiley and positive, and Alicia made me laugh. Dr. Dan was sympathetic and listened well, and is now making the appliances I need for long-term relief. Staff is amazing. They are good with kids and adults. Best pediatric in jersey city that i have found. All billing is thoroughly gone over with us and they always check insurance. I highly recommend them.
I waited eight years for a dental visit due to my intense fear. I mean intense. I went to True Dental Care based on reviews. When I tell you it was a DREAM COME TRUE I mean it wholeheartedly. Ultra modern office, great professional staff.
I went to the same dentist for years, then he decided to retire and I have been struggling to find a dentist in Jersey City that I could trust. I recently went to True Dental and hope I have found my new dental office. From the friendly staff to the hygienist that spent a lot of time with me going through in detail each of my teeth and clearly explaining every step.
