RecommendedThe staff was welcoming and patient with my 3yr 1st dental visit.
Extraordinary customer experience. From the moment you walk through the door the staff are friendly and provide the best service from full set of X-rays, to high tech. displays. I even watched TV while they were cleaning my teeth. Kristen, the hygienist worked with me and showed me everything and made me feel at ease. Dr. Dan listens and explains fully what is needed. I have been to many dentists in my 61 years and i couldn’t stop talking about my 1st appointment to my husband. Everyone should go.
Overall, I would recommend True Dental based on its friendly staff and enjoyable environment. Dr. Dan and Mila are both nice and they run their business very efficiently and professionally. Nothing much I can think of to complain about.
Both my boys (8 & 12) are sensitive when it comes to dental work, but are at ease and well taken care of with Mila and the staff. The the ceiling TV’s and the iPad games in the waiting room are a big bonus :) Everyone is so professional, friendly and informative. And the office is really pleasant — bright, spacious and modern. Highly recommended!!
