After having years of a sore neck and shoulders and a lot of sleepless aching nights, I saw Ruby this week. She was such a lovely person and worked wonders on me. She said I would be a little sore from all the work she did on me and I would hopefully sleep better that night. Wow.... yes I was sore, but I have slept two nights on the run, what a difference to my mental health and relief of some pain. Ive re booked already!
Id been having issues with my lower back for some years now but recently it had got unbearable and some friends recommended Roy at True Alignment. I'm 4 sessions in now ,the the difference it has made is like night and day ,no more painkillers and my back feels so much better, so happy i was recommended to see Roy at true Alignment he really knows what he's doing !!!
Although I did not attend a session, I have spoken with Roy who was knowledgeable and polite. It was a pleasure to discuss my alignment issues with him.
Been going to Roy for a couple of years now, can not speak highly enough of him, even recommended him to numerous family members who all think the same. So professional and knows exactly what he is talking about and is absolutely amazing. The results can be felt immediately and it is such a relief. Can highly highly recommend :-)
