I've been here as a lease operator since 2001. I would never work anywhere else in this industry. (Besides a short stint as an Owner Operator, I worked with 3 other companies prior to Prime.) Primes Program is designed for the drivers success providing you follow their program.
Sure you can be one of there fine drivers that does this kind of disrespect to everyone around them
I'm heading to prime this week. I've read most reviews good and bad. But here's my thing... I'm the kind of person who wants to do my job well I don't care what my job is I do everything I can to do it well. Prime gives you training that's above and beyond what's needed. Others not so much. Trucking is a career not a job. You get all of the tools you need to make it. Use the tools and you'll make it. I've had nothing but a good experience with my recruiter. I hope I'll have one during my training but if I don't it's on me.
