Don't know anymore than I have read, but, I don't see anything I do not like about PrimeInc.
Prime has been a great company to work for, they are very caring people through out, I've been here 5 years and have done very well up to this point..but if I was going to give an honest opinion I would have to say it's getting to big too fast and it spread its freight thin, don't go lease, what once was the way to go, is now a fight for every paycheck!!!!
Your brokerage division is the worst in the industry. I call about a load posting, the line's always busy or it just keeps ringing. Usually after 15+ tries, someone finally answers they immediately put you on hold again and in most cases call gets dropped. The rare chance you get to talk to someone about a load after getting transfered 6 times, the rep could give 2 cents about you moving it. It's like they hate their job and don't care about customers service. And this is not one or two instances, its the last several years ... read more
I was accepted into their cdl driving program and was scheduled for May 9 start. My recruiter was Don who was fantastic along the way. I was so excited a dream come true then found out that an immediate family issue wouldn't allow me to be gone for extended period time. I hope someday soon I will be able to call Don and fulfill my dream with PRIME. Thanks Don and PRIME.
Nothing but trouble with their trucks and they don't care. My husband has been sitting in the shop since Friday morning and the newest problem today will not be able to be looked at till Monday...how do you expect him to support his family if he has no running truck?? He keeps asking for a new truck but the refuse to give it to him even though he is in the truck at least once a month with issues. They said he can have one if he goes lease...we can't afford what we have to pay now with his lack of miles, we can't afford a lea... read more
Been with prime a little under a year so far and have made good money only a hand full of weeks. I have a used 2016 freightshaker that always needs to go in the shop because apu and other issues. My current week will gross under 3000 on 5 loads... Will not be a good week. Haven't refused any load and always on time. None pay over 1.30 a mile. My fleet manager must hate me or something idk but nobody should drive for free.
