I've been having trouble with my newborn and all the staff have gone out of their way to help me. From arranging phone reviews with a GP, to the GP themselves being wonderful and dealing with the issue quickly and finally getting repeat prescriptions. I am very grateful to all

Moved to this doctors from BoA and the service here is amazing in comparison! I’ve been able to book my daughter’s vaccinations on any day of the week to fit with my work schedule. I’ve also used the econsult which works really well and I got an appointment for when I needed.

Brilliant reception teams, doctors and nurses. Always so accommodating and so easy to talk to. Very understanding and help straight away in the best way they can. Can't recommend them enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tried to book an appointment and was told that it would be in a weeks time via telephone. Was directed to e consult. I think this is one of the worst IT experiences I’ve ever had. It is not intuitive and you really need the NHS app to use it. I understand the need for some questions but there are way too many. This info was not needed if I had requested a doctors app prior to Covid. We need to be challenging why this situation has arisen instead of just accepting it.
