Terrible customer service by the constantly miserable owner every time we visit. Cute items which is why we go but the stock hasn’t changed much now over the last year.
Accidently knocked a wooden dog off a stool, knocking its tail off (who really displays things like this?) much better to have something unbreakable displayed here. Offered to pay immediately. Very disappointed with the attitude of the owner. Rude. Will never shop here again!! Unfortunately for her, would probably have spent over the £40 I was made to spend on a broken dog. My friend’s would have bought things if it hadn’t been for your attitude and rudeness. As there were 20 of us on a trip you lost out big time.
Bought a bunch of dried flowers from here at 14£. Only thing is half of the flowers have dropped off.
Popped in our visit to the Lake and spotted something I'd been looking for for a while. The lovely lady behind the counter told us it was a popular item and she'd put one behind the counter for us....just in case. We came back a few hours later, collected it and bought another item The service was superb. Wish we lived closer to buy more!!
Visited on Monday with my friend the lady in the shop never looked up from her phone whilst we walked round no hello or anything absolutely no customer service at all
