Popped in our visit to the Lake and spotted something I'd been looking for for a while. The lovely lady behind the counter told us it was a popular item and she'd put one behind the counter for us....just in case. We came back a few hours later, collected it and bought another item The service was superb. Wish we lived closer to buy more!!

Visited on Monday with my friend the lady in the shop never looked up from her phone whilst we walked round no hello or anything absolutely no customer service at all

I could not get over how utterly rude the lady was behind the counter. I asked her if I could have my pottery gift wrapped in the tissue paper she had on her desk and she said “no, that’s mine” then begrudgingly gave me some scrap paper. She then handed me my purchase with no thank you - just silent. Utterly disgusting.

Walked in with my dog and was greeted with a death stare from the owner, me being polite said “are you ok with the dog in here?” The reply “it’s a bit big” in the most rude tone I have ever heard, so I give the dog to my partner to wait outside and have a look round, no hello, no can I help? So rude and a complete lack of customer service skills.
