Sent my boyfriend to get me a late night craving (I am very pregnant). He showed up at 8:50 which he has done before and the door was locked. The on duty manager came to the door and told him they stopped talking orders at 8:30 (I know that isn't true) and refused him service. Been twice in the past two days. Customer service is always great, last year, this year, last week, this week. Smoothies are sometimes under blended, but its few and far between.
As much as I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I will not be visiting this location anymore. What difference does it make which location serve a pup cup? I don’t understand when the owner or whoever is the store manager is the manager of multiple different ones unless that’s changed? Just wasted my gas and my dog time.
I have been there 2 times in one week and it's getting pretty old. They make me pull to the side and wait a lot longer then normal and then I leave with a smoothie and it's so bad that I had to turn back around, go inside and have them make me a new one
