Take the kids to this place! It's like a petting zoo, with parrots roaming around freely and waiting to be fed; they are friendly, but you should ask the store manager if it's okay to pet them. It usually is. Don't worry. Snakes and lizards are kept in glass cases. Tarantulas from Arizona or Mexico are original souvenirs, as they make very good pets despite their scary looks. The store frequently has sales on macaws and cockatoos.

Service is always terrible. I have a large snake and she eats a jumbo rat and they are constantly trying to sell me a large rat as a jumbo like i cant tell the difference. More than once ive gave the rat back and left the store disappointed in their customer service. Making customers happy is not a priority there when the people that work there dont seem to like their jobs
I have been shopping here for small animal supplies for years now! I love it here and John is awesome. If there is a problem he is quick to fix it. This is definitely my one stop for all my pets needs.. thank you tropical kingdom!!

Excellent" store " been going this pet shop for quite a long time now .very informational on reptiles and other species from amphibians reps and birds. I recommend this store to anyone besides they always have feeders rats ,mice in the store .which always made me happy and my awesome pet snake !! Five stars on this store
