Take the kids to this place! It's like a petting zoo, with parrots roaming around freely and waiting to be fed; they are friendly, but you should ask the store manager if it's okay to pet them. It usually is. Don't worry. Snakes and lizards are kept in glass cases. Tarantulas from Arizona or Mexico are original souvenirs, as they make very good pets despite their scary looks. The store frequently has sales on macaws and cockatoos.

Gabriela, this is disheartening to read. We make sure every animal under our roof is well taken care of, but we're also open to feedback if our guests are willing to share it in person. As for the Axolotls they are properly taken care of and there are many ways to keep them. I have a question for you. Where is a glass bottom in the wild in the lakes they are found in? I live on far west end of town. I intentionally shop at tropical kingdom, because the quality of the animals and feeders I purchase are healthy and inexpensive.Ive never had a negative experience,and I have been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs
