Take the kids to this place! It's like a petting zoo, with parrots roaming around freely and waiting to be fed; they are friendly, but you should ask the store manager if it's okay to pet them. It usually is. Don't worry. Snakes and lizards are kept in glass cases. Tarantulas from Arizona or Mexico are original souvenirs, as they make very good pets despite their scary looks. The store frequently has sales on macaws and cockatoos.

I really enjoy this store! I work for PetSmart and get my specialty pets that we dont sell from here! I also recommend their facility to customers wanting pets we dont sell. The employees are friendly, though usually pretty busy (a good sign for business and the care of the animals). Expect to wait a bit because they go beyond for all their customers to make sure they are well informed. RecommendedAbsolutely great service. We have gotten many reptiles and birds from this store with many more to come. They are extremely knowledgable and have a deep passion for their animals as well as only wishing for the best home and care they can find for all the species in their store. Rick (owner) is always there to help you work towards getting your next new friend and the layaway has given us a chance to get the animal we bond with without breaking the bank. Great work guys!

Even though they get busy, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices, beautiful creatures inside. ☺️
Today was my 2nd visit and I will never be back or spend another dollar in this store. Their customer service is terrible and I have concerns over some of the animals that they have in there. It's a shame to walk into a pet shop and leave feeling sad and disheartened by not only how the employees treat you, but how they view the animals only as money as well. I will keep going to smaller exotic shops in town and I will direct my friends with exotics elsewhere too.
