Your store is amazing never have i bin in a store wear I feel more welcome. Not to mention I know a lot about weird / different animals and I've never had a store match my knowledge in fact I actually learn new things at your store and i love it. I also love how you can interact with the animles to and most pet stores animles are never healthy really yours are incredibly healthy and it's amazing keep on doing What y'all are doing it's amazing

I don't even know where to start.. Well if I could give them 0 stars I WOULD >:c the employees in Tucson are so lazy and rude, they just all sit on the front talking to each other and don't even go around asking if anyone needs help, one time we asked to hold an animal and the employee said "you can hold him if you buy it" and walks away. I feel like throwing up when I first walk in there because of the smell its just such a disgusting store.I'm surprised how the employees can stand working there and not clean up! Our customers tell us all day long how great our prices are. We are usually 5 to 10 dollars less on our premium dog foods large bags than everybody else in town. We know we are more than competitive on our prices, on the majority of our merchandise. Please tell us what you feel you were overcharged on.
This is where I will always get my crickets! Can't beat the price or the service. My son loves checking out the birds and fish every time we visit :)

After 23 years of going to Tropical Kingdom I can tell you that they can't be beat.They literally have everything you could want in a pet store including,dogs,cats,fish,birds,reptiles and everything you need for your pet plus the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in town.Go in and take a look and I know you will agree with me that they are second to none in Tucson plus they are locally owned and operated.
