Triton were superb all the way through. Cara was super helpful on the phone sorting the order and enabling very clear delivery details. Keiran delivered the bike and spent at least an hour going through all the workings and features. Would highly recommend Triton for your next bike !
A dedicated single point of contact from initial pre-sale enquiries through to delivery. The service provision was excellent at every step, with the bike being built to order, despatched and delivered before the bank holiday weekend. It was hand delivered in a Triton cycles van and wheeled up to my door. I had expected it to arrive via courier in a big box, so this was a really nice touch, not least as it was the same person who I'd spoken with throughout.
