I am shocked at the number of people who gives positive reviews on the services of Tristram. Tristram has been very terrible in responding to potential tenants, I must say that with great deal of disappointment. An Agent called Thomas in particular has been very terrible in that regards. Tristram needs to do something about it.
Do not believe this Company will sell your house in a month, I have had no contact from my designated Manager in four months and have rang him four times over this period asking for a call back, rude and aggressive agent’s answering the telephone. Do yourself a favour and to keep your sanity stay well away from this lot
Express Lettings have been representing me for a number of years now (about 11!) Always had excellent service from the team there - in particular Janine and Sophie, who I deal with on most occasions - very prompt, always very professional and courteous. Makes my life as a Landlord much easier.
The professionalism from the staff of Express letting has nothing but great I recommend the service and big thanks to Janine for her great service.
