I have been trying to deal with an insurance issue for over a year. I wish the billing dept would take notice and call me to deal with the problem. All i get are letters and i have been nothing but cooperative....and their customer service refuses to escalate the issue!!!!! What am i suppose to do?

I was sent by the on call nurse from my sons pediatricians office. She said he needs to be looked at by a doctor now! So I went and waited... 3 hours later I asked how much longer and the same nurse that check us in and acted like she cared proceed to act like I had just walked in. Even asked if we had been checked in. The little girl beside us had been waiting 5 hours. That is just insane! I will never go back. Take your kids to Vandy.

The worst emergency room I have ever seen. Wait times are up to 4 or 5 hours. Has only one or two doctors and I'm not even sure they are doctors, may be nurse practitioners. Everyone is sitting at the nurses desk. Had a friend in there today and saw so many people sitting and waiting and yet the staff was just hanging around the nurses station. What do they do all day? Just unbelievable and very appeared to be very disorganized. Go to either St. Thomas or Centennial. At least you know you are being treated by a physician.

Dr Goodman is such a caring and considerate doctor!! He delivered all my younger siblings and now he will be delivering my baby! I couldn't ask for a better doctor!!

After years of fear I gave in to have back surgery today. The team at Summit are really something special. A+ people in my book!

Since I'm new to the area? They have went out of their way to welcome me and see to my needs ASAP. And their ER Wait time's are usually under 20 minutes! :-)

I will say I don't have to wait long, and the nurses were great very caring now as far as the dr....HORRIBLE! His bedside manner left alot to be desired...
