The hospital refuses to provide me with Board Member names and contacts. Why?
All the staff at summit were AWESOME!!! First off in the ER Jon you were very informative and compassionate and took care of my husband when he came in to the ER. Dr. Kim who did emergency surgery on my husband for a blood clot you ROCK!!! Done an excellent job!!! Dr. Sharp (I believe that's his name) you were also awesome in the ER. I was at the er waiting room since 2pm and didn't get to go back to a room until 9pm. The only good thing was that the physician Dr. Steve Turner was a really amazing dr.
Been waiting in the ER waiting room for almost 6 hours with chest pains. No sign of going back anytime soon. That 9 minute wait time on the billboard is very deceiving. Went to the primary care walk in clinic just to be told that my symptoms are an emergency and had to be treated at the ER. Well obviously the ER doesn't think so. I could have been treated and home if they had just seen me at the walk in clinic. What does it take to get good care at the ER here?
The ER was very friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible! The hospital staff and nurses were even better. I have to give a special thanks to the 6th floor staff, they went out of their way to make sure anyone in my room and myself was taken care of. They were phenomenal every day that I was there and I don't see anything else they could have done better! My nurse Angela had the best attitude and hospitality out of any nurse I've ever met!! Thanks! A++
I have a great experience here..They are very consistence..Nurses are very friendly..doctors are very carrying..I will definitely consider a return..The only thing is the kitchen menu.
Extremely overpriced. If you are filthy rich, go here. Otherwise save some money and go elsewhere.
