We waited for at least 3 hours in te ER. Why? There was no emergency that I could see.There was no sense of urgency with the nursing staf at all. Also the wait time posted on the sign, on the interstate, said wait time 7 min. What's up with that?
My husband has been here 5 days and has thus far received excellent medical and nursing care. Thank you Jerry and Todd! But a tech came in this morning wearing disgusting cologne/perfume. When I asked her about the hospital rule against that, she flippantly said others wear it and there's nothing she can do about it now. I called and left a message with HR but have not heard back. My eyes were watering and my husband was sneezing.
The staff that took care of me feom the e.r. to the 6th and th floor was by far the best ever
They are all Good And we are fully Satisfied much!!
I have had a great nursing staff. They have been on my every need with no hesitation!
