We love summit hospital in hermitage but today was different. Doctor was nice the front desk staff was nice but a nurse was helping my husband not nice. She told my husband you can sit down now because the anesthesia is gone in your system you can rest in your house and not polite voice. My husband asked can I get another Sprite I am thirsty and she said another one with annoying face

My daughter and I went to brunch, I got sick on the drive home and was so sick I passed out. Summit was the nearest hospital, my daughter was concerned because she could not get any response from me. I could not hold my head up some one finally came to the car and told me to get out. I guess I was talking to long and she says "hurry up I cannot treat you in the car". It was awful, they gave my a bag to vomit in and left me vomiting. Finally, they rolled me to xray and told me to take my bra off and waited for an hour and hal... read more

I was in a car wreck Saturday and came here to get help because I believe I have a concussion and whiplash and need help and I've sat here over 7 hours and the only thing they've done is took x-rays and sat me back in the waiting room worst hospital I've ever been to its just as bad as when I was at Vanderbilt right after my car wreck if I could give it 0 stars I would

My son-in-law has been sitting in the ER since early this morning. He has been vomiting for two days, and is now telling his wife (my daughter) to come and pick him up that he is tired of being there after such a long time. I feel bad for anyone who is that sick, and can't get a room.

Thank you to all the nurses on the 5th floor that put up with me. You are all special in my book. You got me back up on my feet with great care smiles galore. Thank you all from food service to housekeeping to nurses and my wonderful staff in the OR.

My son has been sitting in the ER waiting room nearly 4 hours with abdominal pain & nausea; only have blood drawn & vitals taken. One other patient left after sitting over 4 hours-still waiting to see a doctor. VERY upset and disappointed!

This is the absolute worst hospital i have ever been to. I dont understand how they can call this an emergency room when they have sick, injured and people in pain sitting in a waiting room for FOUR hours! If at all possible, do NOT come here!!!!!!!!
