RecommendedI spent some time with the great staff the last couple days, being quite busy and working 12 hour stuffs they were the best. Always nice and informative, waited on me hand and foot. Very impressive group of people putting their lives on the line just to get people better. I am proud to have them as a great part of the community I live in.

My shoulder replacement was the 13th of March. Nurse and techs n P.Ts on 4th floor joint replacement unit was the sweetest, caring, considerate, and very kind. They were very respectful than what we have here in Franklin County. I didn't want to leave. They went beyond their call of duty to make me comfortable. Would recommend Stonecrest hospital to everyone. Staff on 4th floor joint replacement unit deserves a raise and a bonus. Great job!!!!

Went to ER 1/6/20, per my hematologist's, for a blood transfusion. Took about 8 hrs to finally get the blood. However, between that time, I'd like to thank the nursing staff. I passed out while on the toilet, and to whomever got my pants back up over my pear shape, you have talent and thank you. Would not recommend this hospital, never did we even get a room, we went back and fourth between the waiting room and different exam rooms, they didn’t even know my sons name, and were calling him Dylan, when his name is Noah & his wristband even said Dylan, they said he only weighed 11 lbs when he’s clearly over that.. they never listened to him breathing or checked his throat. TriStar submitted my home based sleep study as “out of network” to my insurance company. When I called StoneCrest I was told by Demetri, in billing, that it was my problem and she refused to re-bill my insurance. My insurance says they need to re-bill or they will not pay. Everything was pre approved ahead of time through TriStar Sleep Center and my insurance company. I have met my out of pocket max for the year and was told by both that I would owe zero dollars. I now have a bill for almost $1500.
Took my son to the ER. I KNOW bloodwork takes a bit but as soon as my son admitted to smoking weed they rushed him out the door. Did not even see a doctor and from the time they took 4 vials of blood to discharging him was 40 minutes. He NEVER said he wanted pain meds and actually told them he didn't want any pain meds but to find out what was wrong. He has a bad heart murmur. Is this a typical standard of care these days?
