I have been waiting since 9AM for dishcharge papers It is now 315 pm. The absolute worst place in Tennessee,speaking of which the state will hear about this.

If I could give negative infinity stars for this horrible place that calls themselves a hospital, I would. First of all, those signs on the highway are misleading. It tells you how long before they see you to take your insurance, not for going into the ER. It said 6 minutes when we went and then waited 3 hours to be seen. Anyway, we went because my wife has horrible pain from being backed up from not going to the bathroom. They just wanted to put in a cathator and they said the blood came back fine. The treatment my husband received today was by far the worst we have EVER received at Stonecrest. We went to the ER for a swollen knee. His knee was so bad, he could barely walk. The nurse came in, spoke with us, offered him something for pain. An xray was taken and we sat for two hrs. Nurse came back in with discharge papers before we ever saw a doctor or anyone for that matter. When this was brought to her attention, she left the room and returned with PA who spoke to us for a minute, telling us nothing! Husband left the E... read more
