I had great service in the ER. Iam on the third floor and the staff is great.
My same day surgery went really well yesterday. Mrs. Kim was my nurse. So please give props to her and my lovely compassionate surgeon Dr. Lisa Jambusaria. Everything went smoothly. I can't remember the young girls name that started my iv line but please make sure she gets praise. She got me on the first stick. That hardly ever happens with me. I was really worried about it. Had the best nurse in the world! My medical order was lost and had to wait on Drs office to open and refax it to them! Front desk woman I'll call the hall police was very rude Back where the test was performed not main desk . Hope to never incounter her again!!!
I've heard mixed reviews about this hospital. I have to say I have had the best experience here that I've ever had at any hospital. I'm terrified of needles and the whole shebang. They made me comfortable and had a diagnosis within the hour. Diverticulitis. Got to the hospital before infection could cause too much trouble therefore I will be going home soon.
I went to see Dr. Mark Converse and I can tell everyone he is the Best!! He treated me with respect and really worked hard to help me. His office staff and nurse were so friendly and welcoming.❤️
First operation and first hospital experience. They took really good care of me. Needed for nothing, always right there if I needed anything. Everyone from pre administration to the surgeon and the nurses, and everyone else eased my fears and made me feel like I was special. Thank you.
